Information We Collect Organizer Information: Name, email, and Google account credentials (used only to create events with explicit user consent). Registrant Information: Name and email submitted via the webinar/event registration form. Event Details: Webinar/event title, date, time, and related metadata necessary to create calendar events.
How We Use Your Information To create calendar events in the organizer’s Google Calendar. To send individual invitations (1:1) to webinar registrants. To notify registrants about the webinar/event and allow them to accept or decline invitations.
Data Sharing & Privacy Registrant information is never shared with other attendees or third parties. Only the minimum necessary data is used to create events and send invitations. We do not use collected data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
User Control Organizers must explicitly authorize event creation via Google OAuth. Registrants must opt in via the registration form before any invitation is sent. Users can revoke access to their Google account at any time.
Data Retention We retain information only as long as necessary to manage webinars and send event invitations. After the webinar concludes, event and registrant data may be deleted according to our retention schedule.
Security We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
