1. Who We Are

SR PRO Group refers collectively to SR Professional Marketing Inc (a Maryland, US corporation) and SR Professional Marketing Ltd (an Israeli company), both wholly owned by Ronen Wasserman ("SR PRO," "we," "our," or "us"). We provide marketing strategy, campaign management, marketing technology, and related professional services to business clients across the United States, United Kingdom, and Israel. US and UK clients are served under SR Professional Marketing Inc; Israeli clients are served under SR Professional Marketing Ltd.

This Privacy Policy explains how SR PRO collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information in connection with:

This policy does not cover our SaaS products SmartCal and Bizman, which have their own separate Privacy Policies.

In this context SR PRO acts as a data processor and our clients are the data controllers. Such processing is governed by the applicable client service agreement and data processing addendum.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing services - To deliver marketing services, manage client accounts, and fulfill our contractual obligations

5. Data Sharing

SR PRO does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with:

Service providers and sub-processors who assist us in delivering our services, including:

• HubSpot Inc - CRM and marketing automation platform
• Microsoft Corporation - Email and productivity tools (Microsoft 365)
• Zipbooks - Accounting and invoicing software
  
  

All sub-processors are contractually bound to handle data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

Professional advisors including legal counsel, accountants, and insurance providers, under strict confidentiality obligations.

Regulatory and legal authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SR PRO, our clients, or others.

Business transfers - In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including:

• Client and project records - For the duration of the client relationship and for 7 years thereafter, in accordance with HIPAA record retention requirements and applicable financial and legal record-keeping obligations
• Prospect and marketing records - Until you opt out or for up to 3 years from last contact, whichever is sooner
• Website analytics - Up to 12 months
• Communications - Up to 3 years from the date of communication, unless related to an active client relationship
  
  

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

7. International Data Transfers

SR Professional Marketing Inc is based in the United States. If you are located in the United Kingdom or Israel, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

For UK clients and contacts: We rely on the UK-US Data Bridge framework for transfers of personal data from the United Kingdom to the United States. Where the UK-US Data Bridge does not apply to a particular transfer, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (UK IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as the applicable transfer mechanism.

For Israeli clients and contacts: Transfers between Israel and the United States are conducted in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and applicable regulations.

8. Security

SR PRO takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:

• Encrypted communications (TLS) for data in transit
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
• Regular review of our security practices

9. HIPAA — Healthcare Clients

Where SR PRO provides marketing services to clients that are HIPAA-covered entities (such as healthcare providers, health plans, or healthcare clearinghouses), SR PRO may act as a Business Associate as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations.

In those engagements:

• SR PRO enters into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the covered entity prior to receiving or processing any Protected Health Information (PHI)
• PHI is used solely for the purposes specified in the BAA and applicable service agreement
• SR PRO applies appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect PHI in accordance with the HIPAA Security Rule
• PHI is retained for a minimum of 6 years from the date of creation or the date it was last in effect, whichever is later, in compliance with HIPAA record retention requirements. SR PRO applies a 7-year retention standard across all client records to satisfy this requirement uniformly
• In the event of a breach of unsecured PHI, SR PRO will notify the affected covered entity in accordance with the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule
  
  

Individuals whose PHI is processed by SR PRO as a Business Associate should direct any privacy rights requests to their healthcare provider or health plan (the covered entity), not to SR PRO directly.

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the site. Types of cookies we use:

Our services are directed at business clients and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

For UK residents, nothing in this clause limits your right to bring a complaint before the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). For Israeli residents, nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting how we use your personal data, we will notify affected individuals by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of our website or services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
