1. Acceptance of Terms By using SR PROFESSIONAL MARKETING LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”) services, including webinar creation, registration forms, and Google Calendar integrations (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
3. Account Registration To use the Service, you must create an account and link your Google account for calendar integrations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You agree not to share your account with others.
4. Use of the Service Users may create webinars, registration forms, and calendar events for themselves. Calendar events and invitations are created only after explicit user actions. Invitations are sent individually (1:1) to registrants, and recipients cannot see other invitees. You agree not to use the Service for spam, unauthorized marketing, or sending unsolicited invitations.
5. Data and Privacy We collect only the minimum information necessary to create events and send invitations (e.g., organizer name, Google account, registrant name/email, and event details). We do not share registrant information with other users or third parties. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property You retain ownership of your content (webinar title, descriptions, etc.). We retain ownership of the Service, including software, features, and documentation.
7. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Users may terminate their own accounts at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for errors, missed invitations, or calendar delivery issues.
9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SR PROFESSIONAL MARKETING LTD from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
